The Professional Parking Association recommends the following common safety tips for parking:

-Always lock your vehicle.

-Keep valuables out of sight.

-Be aware of your surroundings.

-Have your keys ready as your approach your vehicle.

-Look inside your car before you unlock the door and get in, if you are concerned,
simply walk past it and find help.

-If you open your passenger doors to put items in your vehicle, be sure to lock the doors again before getting into your car.

-Leave the parking spot immediately after everyone is buckled up – don’t stay and write notes, balance checkbooks or talk on the phone.

-Keep doors locked and windows up as your drive through the facility.

-If someone looks suspicious, contact the office at 232-2132 immediately.

-If you are unable to locate your car, don’t be afraid to ask a parking attendant or security guard for help – we are happy to help!
