The Central Oklahoma Transportation & Parking Authority (COTPA) manages five COTPA owned garages, three surface lots and manages approximately 1,500 meters in Downtown Oklahoma City. There are also many other parking garages and surface lots in the downtown area that are open to the public.

Parking Meters (On-street Parking)
Meter Rates:
The meters require $1 for 60 minutes or ¢25 cents for 15 minutes.
There are 1 hour and 2 hour meters strategically located throughout the
area.

Operating Hours:
The meters are in effect and enforced from 8 am until 6 pm, Monday through Saturday.
